1. Return of goods of proper quality:

· The Buyer can refuse the Goods of proper quality at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the Goods – within 7 (seven) days.
· The return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods and the seller. If the buyer does not have the specified document, he may refer to other evidence of the purchase of the goods.
· When the goods of proper quality are returned to the buyer, the cost of the goods is refunded, with the exception of shipping costs from the buyer of the returned goods.
· The cost of the goods is subject to transfer to the buyer no later than 10 days from the date of the buyer's submission of the relevant claim.

2. A product of inadequate quality means a product that is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities. The received Product must match the description on the Website. The difference of design elements or design from the description stated on the Website is not a sign of inadequate quality.
· Goods of inadequate quality include goods with expired shelf life and broken packaging.

3. If the buyer discovers defects in the product, if they have not been agreed by the seller, the buyer has the right to choose:
· require replacement for a product of the same brand (the same model and (or) article);
· demand replacement for the same product of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
· demand a proportionate reduction in the purchase price;
· refuse to execute the contract of sale and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.

4. In case of a dispute about the causes of the defects of the goods, the Seller is obliged to conduct an examination of the goods at his own expense.
· The buyer has the right to make claims to the seller regarding the defects of the goods, if they are found during the warranty period or expiration date.


Terms of exchange of goods

1. The exchange of goods of inadequate quality is made for a similar product of proper quality.
2. The exchange of goods that did not correspond to the position in the order is made for goods corresponding to this position.
3. Delivery of the exchanged goods is carried out at the expense of the Seller.


Actions of the customer to return the goods

1. It is necessary to write in a free form an application for the return or exchange of goods indicating the order number, contact details, reasons for the return and send:
· To hi@exo.nz with the attachment of a clear photo of the product, which shows damage or expiration dates

2. If the return of the goods is carried out by the Buyer's representative and the customer's contact details are indicated in the return request, then the representative must present a corresponding notarized power of attorney. In the absence of a notarized power of attorney, the goods will not be accepted for return from the client's representative.


Terms of return and exchange of goods

1. If the consumer discovers the defects of the goods and submits a request for its replacement, the seller is obliged to replace such goods within seven days from the date of submission of the specified requirement by the consumer, and if necessary, additional quality control of such goods by the seller - within twenty days from the date of submission of the specified requirement.

2. If the seller does not have the goods necessary for replacement at the time of the claim, the replacement must be carried out within a month from the date of such a claim.


Terms of refund of funds

1. Refund of funds for goods of inadequate quality is carried out within 10 days from the date of presentation of the client's request.


Refund methods

1. If the order was paid by bank card, the refund will be made to the same bank card from which the payment was made.

2. With other payment methods, funds are credited by wire transfer to the client's personal bank account. To do this, you must provide the full details of your bank account.

3. The seller reimburses the cost of sending the goods of inadequate quality, provided that the receipts confirming the costs of the shipment are provided.
